We accept all major debit and credit cards. We also accept Paypal. If you are unable to use our website our customer service team can take your order over the phone. We are unable to take orders via email.

The billing and shipping address can be different. However, both addresses must be in the same country so please make sure that you are on the correct website for the country your items are being shipped to.

Unfortunately once you have placed an order it it not possible to amend or cancel it through the website.

This is because everything we sell is printed on demand especially for you at the time that you order.  Your order is in production, along with thousands of other items, and we cannot pull individual items out of the production line which then goes immediately to shipping. 

If you change your mind after you have placed your order, please contact us as soon as possible and we will do what we can to cancel or amend the order before it is dispatched from the warehouse.

You can track your parcel using your order tracking number which will be sent to you by the courier in your delivery confirmation email. If you do not receive these emails, please do not hesitate to get in touch with our customer services team and we will be happy to help.

United States:
For orders within the United States, we ship via the United States Postal Service. Our rates are based on your location, the weight of your package, and the shipping method that you choose.

You can calculate the cost of shipping on the cart page. First put your items to your cart, then go to the Cart page. Selct your country, your state, and enter your zip code. Then, click "Estimate." The available shipping options and their price will be displayed. Domestic Delivery

International:
For shipping internationally, we ship via an international shipping consolidator (Parcel) and the United States Postal Service (Priority INTL). Our rates are based on your location, the weight of your package, and the shipping method that you choose.

Normally it takes 1-3 business days for order processing!

First check tracking info and see if it was delivered. If it says delivered but never recieved please allow a few more days. Sometime products are delivered late by USPS or scanned delivered by mistake. Then Call or email us regarding the whereabouts of your order!

We have our third-party printers located in different parts of the world. Each one of them manufactures particular products and caters to different geographical locations. We make sure your products are printed in the most suitable location catering to the delivery address you provided for fast and affordable shipping!

If the recipient’s address was wrong, then you are held responsible. Usually, the package is sent back to the return address mentioned on your packaging and then we would get in touch with you. You would have to bear the reshipment charges.
